Refund policy

At Senzo, we stand behind the quality of our sleep essentials. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (masks, pillows, sheets, and nasal strips), we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the original packaging has been opened or the security seal is broken:

  • The Night-Audio™ Sleepband
  • The Blackout 360™ Mask
  • The Arctic Silk™ Bamboo Sheets
  • Deep-Breath Nasal Strips (if the box is opened)
  • The Cloud-Contour™ Pillow
  • The Little-Dreamer™ Car Seat Support

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@senzzzo.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@senzzzo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Note: Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
